Dinner: During the long, warm, summer evenings dinner is served under the stars on one of the Hotel's many terraces around the floodlit pool, and in winter in the elegant but comfortable dining room where guests can linger and chat, enjoying a complimentary nightcap.
The cuisine is Mediterranean with a bias towards classical French and is prepared with organic products wherever possible and selected from the best the market has to offer. You can be sure that as well as having a stress-free holiday you are eating delicious food which is doing you the world of good.
